1961 Hotpoint Automatic Washer Service Manual
Full and very comprehensive service manual for all 1961 Hotpoint Washers. This includes full information on the Co-Axial transmission that was used by Hotpoint from 1958 thru 1974. Full specifications for all models, cycle charts, wiring diagrams and complete service information. Models include: LW120, LW125, LW140, LW150, LW1506, LW160, LW1606, LW170, LW180, LW190, LW195. The trend toward the addition of more and more automatic features has become evident in the design of clothes washers. This trend has added to the responsibilities of the appliance service technician. He finds that it is becoming increasingly important to continually learn what is new in the servicing of appliances. Only by close attention to the details of new designs, functions of components, diagnosis and service techniques can he provide high-quality service. For example, it is imperative that the technician become thoroughly familiar with the operation of the new Program Timer introduced on 1961 Hotpoint Touch Command Washers. A complete analysis of the functions of this timer and associated components is presented on page 12 of this manual. A study of this analysis will help all those concerned with service on this new feature. |

How to Repair Appliances

This is the most complete book on appliance repair ever prepared for the home handyman.
